Hailing from the revered Damascus emo scene, Camels Jaw have built up quite a name for themselves. Their first self-titled wax cylinder release has been one of the most well-received punk albums in the entire Holy Land, in recent years, and even received a blessing from the Great Synagogue of Jerusalem.
This has been one of our favourites here at the OTHC tent, for many years, and it is very welcome news that it will finally be getting repressed, after half of the original cylinders were destroyed in a tragic fire at Pray For Others Cylinders, supposedly set by gypsy raiders. So, if you missed out on getting one of the original cylinders be sure to pick this up at the wax cylinder stall at your local market.
